Time for your arrangement to cool down before you take it home. During this time, feel free to walk around our studio or head downstairs to grab a cup of drink.
In this glass mosaic class, you'll immerse in the enchant art of lampworking. Learn the intricate craft of shaping molten in a flame and craft your very own delicate flower to proudly homeEntering workshop where beginners are welcomed with open arms, we aim to ease any apprehensions may have about working with glass. Just picture yourself in a serene small-studio environment, receiving expert guidance as you witness the mesmerising transformation of in the flickering flame.

Operating in relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, the workshop will open your eyes to the beauty of glass manipulation and leave you with a sense of accomplishment as you your unique creation. As class progresses, you may find yourself feeling a of creativity and a newfound appreciation for the art of glass.

Upon completion this workshop, you will walk away with your very own delicately crafted glass, a tangible of the skills creativity you've unlocked during your time the class.
You can request an additional one-hour extension with the tutor on the day for £40 if you’d like to create a specific flower or add more detailed work.

Workshop Terms & Conditions
By booking a workshop at Puffroom Glass Studio, you agree to the following terms:
1. Workshop Outcomes

All workshop pieces are handmade by beginners and may contain minor imperfections. This is a natural characteristic of lampworking.

If you prefer a perfectly finished piece, completed artworks are available for purchase from the studio.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Cancellations require 72 hours’ notice for a refund.
-
Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
-
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
-
In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to safety, equipment, or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
3. Conduct & Punctuality

Participants must follow all safety instructions at all times.

Unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.

Arrival is required 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete safety documentation.

Late arrivals cannot be admitted and bookings will be treated as non-refundable and non-transferable.

CCTV operates on site for safety and dispute resolution purposes.
4. Safety Requirements

Safety glasses and protective aprons must be worn throughout the session.

Participants who wear prescription glasses may wish to consider contact lenses for improved comfort while wearing safety eyewear.

Long hair must be securely tied back.•

Closed-toe shoes are required.

Tools and materials become extremely hot — always follow instructor guidance.

5. Health & Participation

Workshops involve open flame and high temperatures.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to attend. If you have health concerns, respiratory sensitivities, or medical conditions, please seek professional advice prior to booking.

Participation is undertaken at your own discretion.

Minimum age: 16 years.

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the full duration of the session.

6. Liability

By attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with glassworking.

Puffroom Glass Studio will take reasonable steps to maintain a safe working environment but is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from participant negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability caused by the negligence of Puffroom Glass Studio or its staff.

7. Property & Packaging

Participants may be responsible for damage to studio equipment resulting from improper use.
-
The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
-
Finished works will be securely packaged.

Bouquet-style gift wrapping is available for an additional £10.
