No experience is required. Our workshops are designed for complete beginners unless otherwise stated. Our instructors provide step-by-step guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the session.

This depends on the type of workshop you have booked. Results vary based on the specific session type, duration, and individual progress. Yes, you can take your work home the same day. However, glass requires time to cool down safely after it has been worked in the flame. Please expect to wait a short while after your session ends before your pieces are ready to be packed.

Please wear natural fibers (like cotton) and avoid loose sleeves, long scarves, or flammable synthetic materials. Long hair must be tied back, and closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. Please review this policy carefully before booking, as restrictions apply when close to the session date.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to get prepared. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate subsequent bookings. Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Glass is a fragile material, and breakages can occur during the making or cooling process. While we cannot guarantee a perfect result every time, you are welcome to bring a damaged piece back to the studio and we will do our best to help you fix it.

Our workshops are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We cannot accommodate anyone under 18 due to the nature of the equipment and environment.

Yes. Our sessions are a popular choice for gifts, couples, and small groups. We also offer corporate bookings and private events subject to studio availability.
